Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are as follows. These are per consignment ( total order ) not per item.
Depending on the products purchased a signature may be required by our carrier before goods are left.
Orders under or equal to £59
Total Order Under 500g - £1.99
Total Order Under 2kg - £2.99
Total Order Between 2kg to 30kg - £4.99
Each kg over 30kg - £ - 0.28p kilo
We have a flat rate charge of £25 for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and other remote areas
upon which our carriers impose an extra surcharge.

FREE DELIVERY TO THE UK (exc. highlands and islands) IF YOU SPEND MORE THAN £59. For very heavy or over sized items our
courier company may ask for an additional charge. If this happens we will either ask you for an additional fee or we will offer you a full refund.

FREE DELIVERY IRRESPECTIVE OF WEIGHT IF YOU SPEND MORE THAN £20.

GOODS COLLECTION
FREE ORDER AND COLLECTION FROM OUR CASH AND CARRY IRRESPECTIVE OF WEIGHT OR AMOUNT.
Just order and pay your goods on this website and then collect from our Plymouth cash and carry or any of our retail outlets.

Return Policy
We pride ourselves on our service and do all we can to make ordering from us convenient, easy and enjoyable.
Any claim for damage or shortages must be made within 3 days of delivery **
Our returns policy is in line with current UK law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

In order to give our customers the highest quality merchandise, please offer your reason for return.
If you choose to return an item because you or your pet decides it is not satisfactory*, we will refund the price of the item. You have 7 days within which to return the goods for a full refund, starting the day after the goods have been received. Return delivery charges are not refundable.
If your purchase is defective or in our error, we will refund all charges, including RETURN DELIVERY.

All returns are subject to the following:
Products must be returned in an "as new" condition.
All parts, instructions, manuals, original packaging, etc. must be included.
Defective items with manufacturers warranty such as cages and crates, and future repairs or replacement, must be returned to the manufacturer. We will provide directions how to best handle these returned items. Contact us for assistance.
*Used items, including - but not limited to: chew toys, opened food, opened medicines, supplements or vitamins, are not returnable.
Custom orders and personalized items are not returnable.
